Items are available on a first come, first served basis. When you have located an item you would like to purchase, e-mail me (tori@torigriffith.com) with the inventory number (ex: N222) listed price, S&H fee (as listed in item description OR your request for priority or overnight delivery), and whether you would like to purchase insurance (see below). I will total your purchases, and if you are from Ohio, I will add 7.25% sales tax. I will then e-mail you with the total, ask for your mailing address, and set the item aside pending receipt of payment.

Methods of Payment

At this time, I am happy to accept PayPal, money orders, and checks (with 10-day clearance). My PayPal I.D. is tori@torigriffith.com

Checks or money orders should be made to TORI GRIFFITH ORIGINALS and mailed to my workshop at 12600 Adeline Circle, Athens, OH 45701-9628. I will e-mail you upon receipt of payment, and again when I send your items. I will ask that you e-mail in return once your item has arrived to let me know you are satisfied.

Guarantee

Although I make every item with great care and expect it to last for years with proper care, I do understand--as I trust you do--that it is possible for ANYTHING to break. I will repair any item free of charge if it breaks due to my workmanship. However, if the breakage was due, say, to a Very Small Person inadvertently grabbing at and ripping the necklace off your neck, or some carelessness of the wearer, I will apply a fee plus S&H. Repair fees, usually between $10-30 depending on the extent of the damage, will cover parts (wire, crimps, beads, clasp, earwires or earring head pins, etc.) plus a minimal amount for my time. Guarantees do, of course, apply to gift items as well. For repairs, simply contact me and we’ll make arrangements to fix your jewelry as soon as possible.

DISCLAIMER: It is possible that I may no longer have any additional beads/spacers which match your item. If you were unable to collect all loose pieces after the breakage, I will discuss with you what I CAN do to repair the item.

Shipping & Handling

I will pack and ship in the most cost effective way for you, the buyer. S&H charges include gift box or gift bag, packaging, time for trips into town to the Post Office, and postal costs.

For lighter items (up to 2 pairs of earrings, a bracelet, or a lightweight necklace), charges will be $3.50. Heavier necklaces (such as those made with larger/nugget gemstones or heavy sterling) or packages containing multiple items (other than 2 earring pairs) will add just $0.50 per item. I will make sure you are aware of exact charges before payment is finalized!!!

All items will be sent First Class unless you prefer priority mail or overnight delivery (considering time constraints!). I will obtain those charges for you before payment is finalized.

Insurance

I am sure you understand that I cannot accept responsibility for uninsured items. I urge you to insure your jewelry! Cost is $1.30 per $50.00.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be added for Ohio residents.
